I had a customer come in asking about these carts and I have never seen them before. Anyone have any info on them what-so-ever?

I work for an ink cartridge re-manufacturer and have been having issues with the HP 21/27/56 carts. The ones that are dated 2009 or 2010 never work. It's almost as if the sponge is so dry that it's impossible to resaturate. I don't have any problems with 21/27/56 carts that are dated 2008 and...
