Hi Wendy Did you resolve your problem? I’m having exactly the same issue. I print regularly, 2-3 times a week, and mid print the light gray stopped. I’ve cleaned the print heads 3 times in total with rests between. New light gray cartridge. No change. Can anyone advise please? Thanks!
