Another question since I will be using 2 CLI-221BK carts I guess the chips have nothing to to with what color they get attached to because I will be moving the Gray chip from the original set to the Black CLI-221-BK ?
So the chip doesn't care what color cart it goes on basically?
Thanks guys. You always help me out. Especially with my mp610.
On a side note which printer should mother have chose? She loved my MP610 so I assume thats why she rushed out and bought the MG 6220 that and the fact she read great reviews on it.
So the 220 cart takes the place of the PGI-225
and the 221 take the place of the CLI-226
Is the gray cart the odd ball because I don't see that a lot in the 221's ??
I have seen a picture describing how to take of the chip and swap but I haven't read up on what type of glue or substance is...
Well unfortunately my mother bought the Canon MG 6220 without speaking with me first.
Having the MP610 I have to say its a breeze to refill. I use precisioncolors.com for my Ink.
My question is now what is different besides the fact the Carts are all black? I see precision also offers the...
I got home today and my mother decided on buying a printer without asking me first.
So she bought a Canon MG 6220
On my current printer I use precision ink. I went to there site and they do carry ink for the MG 6220. My question, is the process the same to refill them as it is for my Canon...
I currently have a Canon pixma mp610 and love it. I like the fact that I can refill the carts with no issues. It's primary use was to print to DVD's
I'm in the market for another printer I realize things have changed a great deal but I need a scanner/printer and want the ability to refill the...
Basically all of the prints that come from the local CVS Pharmacy look great with perfect shading. My wife really doesn't want to or even know how to alter shading/color saturation and all that. We only use one kind of printer paper that is all. I don't want perfection either just a finished...
Sorry for the typo ... :D
Ok, I downloaded it Thanks. I guess I'll have to get different paper. No big deal really as long as the pictures look better.
Thanks for the suggestions. I will be trying some of them. Yes, I did do get my ink from Milk

I have a Canon mp 610 and use precision ink for my refills. I also use Canon photo Paper Glossy for my pictures.
My wife is never happy with quality because shading is off. She insists on going to the local pharmacy and uses there machine to print out photos. I admit they look better but only...
Ok I spoke with someone after I called the contact number on the website. Sure enough he updated his ebay store. I just ordered http://cgi.ebay.ca/HP-Photoprinter-Inkset-6x-2oz-bottles-/140477675157?pt=BI_Toner&hash=item20b51f3695
Now I need a place to buy those refillable cartridges. Most I...
I think the only reason why I bought the Canon was because of this thread http://club.myce.com/f123/printer-comparison-epson-vs-canon-230213/ The Canon's colors looked more vibrant.
I'm sure the lack of Vibrant colors could be changed with setting up a profile for a particular paper. The...
