Hi Websnail, I tried your suggestion to disconnect the internal plugs and reconnect. No joy. It still won't power on. Any suggestions other than a Canon repair center? My wife and I really liked this printer. Thanks. Ronski

Hello All, I have a Canon MP830 that won't power on. I unplugged it and tried again the next day. No luck. What could be causing this? Logic board, power supply? Can I test anything with a meter to determine what it is? Thanks. Ron
