    Refill gone awry

Hey kdsdata - as a fellow canuck I'll help you out here. Go buy two new sets of canon OEM carts (on ebay they are about $100 usa per set) DO NOT use any other cart in the printer but OEM Canon made carts. The quality as well as the technology in these carts is what keeps the ink flowing...

    Refilling

I didn't get involved in this tread to debate which method of refilling was better I simply wanted to share my experiences and share it with the community. The guidance that Mikling and Joe have given me is priceless and I am forever indebted to them. Mikling is correct that the main issue...

    Refilling

The under three minute refill champ performs like he is competing in a hot-dog eating contest - no chip reset and every cart and ink bottle is perfectly aligned for speed. In our everyday operation we follow Mikling and Jose's refill techniques. We never let ink go below the storage chamber -...

    Refilling

We felt is was easier to train new employees who are doing the refilling. Our top refiller can do a set of 8 carts for the Pro 100 in under 3 minutes (yes, we have timed contests) I'm going to re look into the Durchstich method as I like the idea of a cleaner work environment not to mention the...

    Refilling

    Pro9000 vs Epson 1400 vs Epson 1900

I wanted to get some expert opinions on which photo printer is the best candidate for refilling. We are currently running the Pro9000 using refilled carts that we purge every 5 refills. We have battled either print head clogs or slow flowing carts almost on a weekly basis. We are currently using...
