HP 22 comes with only around 6mls. You can put 3mls in each color or fill to the max of 5mls each.

You won't get a murky black from mixing all the colors together. That is how some printers make a darker black.
To get the cartridge to work after refilling you need to push less than 1/2ml into the printhead with blue windex.

1. after placing the cartridge(s) in. A prompt will display, "Original HP ink depleted"
2. On your printer press the right arrow key.
3. A prompt will then display "Attention"
