I'm not sure if the sounds are unusual but there was a lot of clicking sounds. I have a video attached. The white light just constantly blinks, if I close the top cover it goes back to 3 orange flashes. Thank you!

Hi The Hat Just tried that. I saw the carriage moving slightly up and down then almost went to center then back to the right side of the printer. Now just the white power light is flashing. Thank you for any help

Sorry for not being more specific I’m at the step in the setup process where you install the print head. Everything was taped and sealed when I took it out of the box. When I open to top of the printer to install the print head the print head carrier doesn’t move, stays to the far right side...

Hello there Just picked up a new (looking) Pixma Pro-100 on CL Everything was in the box sealed. Came home turned it on and now trying to set everything up but the printhead tray is stuck to the right side of the printer after turning on and opening top. Getting the 1300 error code...
