I just dealt with the same problem with the G&G cartridges. One color wouldn't print - I'd clean the head and nozzles, then the black wouldn't print - repeat. very frustrating. Threw away 10 G&G carts - some were leaking in their unopened packages..... I ran down to Costco, bought Canon...

Neil: Do you have an update on the G&G issue? I just got eight 3e black cartridges in the mail, and I don't want to use them until we have more information.
