Hello! My first post here!! I have EXACTLY the same issue as the OP ... same printer, same Error Message, same 5-pulse flash on front LED/button. Don't know when I bought the iP4200 (2011 ???), but it went thru some extensive use (2013-2016) when I was eBaying --- maybe 500 shipping labels, BK...
