You can't.. Lightroom will always use color management to print. Search for Adobe color print utility aka ACPU to print your target. When your profile is done you can then use it in lightroom

"print preview dosent match" might not be a problem with the printer itself.. Perhaps your monitor needs to be calibrated? Can you show us example? Maybe a photo of your screen and one of the print?
