maybe you can reset the computer ,have a try .

why not print a piece of small paper,and stick it to the envelope?i think the envelope is too thick for a printer.

i think the pickup is dry;not enough liquid in ink ,ink would hard to flow out.

Maybe the quality of the ink you use is not good enough.And it has made the print head stuffed.
