With roll paper I have the auto forward light ON. How will disable it ? Problem is auto cutter dont work automatically.

I have strange problem on the plotter Stylus Pro 11880.Light cyan damper and ink tube has vaccum with air bubble. On the nozzle check I have missing Cyan segment,Light cyan is good. I tried change print head and dampers ,same problem. I can not see any problem on the ink tubes to the cartridge...
