    Epson Drylab inks in L1800

Well that links contain some heavy duty banding, print like that is directly for service visit. But in my case banding is much more delicate, it is way smaller and less noticable, usually present only with some color tones. It varies, sometimes the blues in the sky, other time oranges in skin or...

    Epson Drylab inks in L1800

Well, photobook of size 30x30cm needs 31x61 print to be made (extra cm is for final trimming), 24" printer with borderless is perfect. Roll paper is a great benefit since it can save you time and hassle. At the moment i work with ordinary printer and i have to cut the paper from rolls to exact...

    Epson Drylab inks in L1800

Plan is to use dye on all sorts of paper. I know dye is superior on glossy and semiglossy to pigment, but in this case also matte will be printed on dye since Canon pigment is causing color transfer to other page. I am dissapointed since i wanted at least matte to be printed on pigment (usually...

Ink stained Fingers: I am aware of those new printers. Prices of older models will surely start to decrease in future months or if not there might be some good deals at least. :)

    Epson Drylab inks in L1800

I bought Canon ipf6400 month ago but i am dissapointed since it is not suitable for photobooks on matte paper that i use the most. Color transfers on the other page. Print like this would need coating or lamination. I dont remember if i tried this kind of print with Epson 3880 before i sold it...

    Epson Drylab inks in L1800

SC printers have 6 colors. And yes i agree, i have some dilema, buy cheap L1800 and have difficulties with paper handling or buy 24" to get automatic cut and save some time and nerves. Also drivers and support is ussualy better with larger printers. My largest and most common prints are 61x31cm...

    Epson Drylab inks in L1800

Ok seems like i missed this information. Well then there is no problem, now just the decision between Epson 7890 (8/9color) or Epson SC-T3200 (4/5 color). What would be a better choice for photobook printing with dye inks? One would need diluted inks the other not. One is dedicated photo...

    Epson Drylab inks in L1800

Idk for those nozzle cleaner and gloss optimiser. First is meant for cleaning any ink left, the other is meant for pigment inks to get even gloss surface. How is with print longevity, is it affected by those dilutive liquids? I have looked to MIS site, but found out they dont ship to Europe...

    Epson Drylab inks in L1800

Well Epson Drylab 200ml carts are cheaper than 700ml carts, that is why I was asking if there is any difference. I bought 200ml carts 47€ per cartridge. Wow you opened my eyes, didnt know the Fuji is that much cheaper, where is the catch. So another question, where to get clear dilution fluid in...

    Epson Drylab inks in L1800

3rd party inks do not come into play since for photobooks i need maximum longevity and color stability. Does anyone know why Epson D700 Ultrachrome D6-s inks (200ml) are generaly cheaper/per ml than larger 700ml Ultrachrome D6 cartridges for Epson D3000? Are D6 & D6-s inks even the same?

    Epson Drylab inks in L1800

Alternativly i am thinking of using dye with Epson 7890. That would be great, but would need either to mix LK and LLK from K or to completly block two chanels. Another option might be SC T3200 with 5 chanels (CMYK and mK). Either to add or to take away two colors... Has anyone tried those...

    Epson Drylab inks in L1800

I plan on trying Epson drylab d700 200ml inks in L1800, i have already ordered them. ;) I am really looking for a solution to make dye prints that last. Pigment does not come into account due to gloss diferential, bronzing, scratching,... The only two options that exist and would suit my needs...

New Epson ITS (Ink Tanks System, aka CISS) Product Line

My main usage is print for photo books and when i wanted to buy some paper for printer i came upon Tecco reseller that...
