    the interest thing is that the switch didn'work properly as I mesured it with my Multimeter. Than I sprayed contact fluid and it worked again.     No, I just cleaned it before, that's the reason why it's not on the picture, I will try to send a small video of what's happening... Everything seems to be OK. No paper found in the unit...I looked around and nothing seems to be different as usual. But something is wrong somewhere...

    I do have an MP620 service manual wich says the similar things you said. To clean the purge unit I do need to take it away or do can I do it via the service tools app.? By the way, to get into service mode you need to press twice and not 5 times.

    Hello Peter BJ, I got an old PC and installed the Service tools programm, did the reset for the Ink absorber, it worked out. But now as I wanted to print a noozle check paper I got a new error message 6C10 .... Doesn't sound great isn't it? Best regards
