I downloaded sscserve.exe to reset the cartridges. It installed on my W8 x64 PC but ssc service is unable to recognize or connect with my printer. anybody ideas how to get the tooll working?? I set the tool as compatible with XP SP3

Well I somehow managed to get the machine running again by cleaning the head and refilling the cartridges Only a problem with the ARC chips now In the middle of a print it stopped and isn't recognizing any cartridge anymore. :ep

Before I saw them only advertising with 1L wich is too much for me. now printbox-online.de is also offering 250ml for an interesting price. Has anybody experience with these inks? Are these inks good, OK or really to avoid? Especailly the magenta's because the magenta is the problem in the OCP...

I , being a refill newbie myself, made exactly the same mistake. What I did is just emptying the regular magenta cartridge and throw that ink away. Made sure all PM ink came out of the M cartridge. Then I sucked the regular magenta ink out of the PM cartridge with a syringe and injected that in...

Today I bought an R2400. Maybe an 3800 will follow soon. As far as I understand of this topic both run on the same ink. I looked at the octopus. de website for the ink that Pharmacist is recommending, but I'm not completely sure of the numbers. So would I go for the OCP ink in the T059 series...
