Hi, I just recently was given a used epson 1500w with refillable carts. When I power it on it doesn't recognise any of the carts??? It also has wires soldered to the cisc chips. See the pictures. Tried holding both buttons and doesnt seem to anything? Any suggestions would be great. Also...
