We've decided to replace all the dampers again. This is our last hurrah.... We were thinking, about the air bubbles, to suck it out of the dampers prior to placing them on the print head. What do you think?

Thank you. We'll give that a try. We're also fighting air bubbles. Every time we remove or disconnect a damper, we get them. Your idea is a good one so we'll see what happens. Many thanks.
