Thanks for your help. Most time printer is idle. I use refill type i.e. compatible. Our of black now due to a head cleaning. Yellow out of ink so replaced - due to faulty cartridge. Out of black now so cant use! Never ending!! Not used for 4 months due to printing issues!

Hi, I am trying to work out why l get green faint lines in the printer. I have changed cartridges but still get faint lines. When l clean print head l have now run our of black Any help is appreciated as l have lots to print but cannot. Regards JJ
