Or you could post them here and we could look at them. IIRC, there's no harm in installing a print driver for a printer you don't have. I'm not sure if it will confuse Windows or not, but I don't believe so.

7-Zip, WinZip, and other programs will open a Windows cabinet file. As for what features you'll get in the driver, there's no way to know other than trying.
I'm not sure what is your experience level with repairing printers, but you never force a printhead along the carriage. There will be a combination of button presses/touchscreen menu items on any given printer to move it out of the way, usually to the middle of the carriage.
I'm not clear what you mean by "replaced the register". I'm no expert for sure, but I've never heard of any part called the register. Do you mean you replaced the registration sensor? In the ADF?
Have you tried the Windows Windows 10 driver for it from the MS Update Catalog? The driver model hasn't really changed between 10 and 11, so what have you got to lose?

The service manual for the Pro 9500ii shows the following for an operator call error of 15 flashes:
15 times: Ink tank not recognized.
[1682] U150 A hardware error occurred in an ink tank (the ink tank LED is turned off).
