Printer Manufacturers' Ink vs. Cheap Third-Party Ink

I'm no expert, but it looks like they need to do a simple head clean, then darken the image a bit. (See , I said I wasn't an expert) I guess this might be too much for journalists, might eat into precious after work beer time in the bar. Personally, anyone who buys a Lexmark must be mad...

RKS Chip resetter aka Redsetter review and battery mod.

Smile, Excellent, excellent post, you'd qualify for Froggy's Golden Lillipad Award, if it existed. I've not opened my Redsetter, but from the outside it is exactly the same as the RKS device, I got mine from the www.patronenhandel.de site but it came in a 6.5x3.5x3.5" box in an airmail...

    Canon Chip Resetter Reports

Big-guy, You can replace the battery relatively easily when it does go. It's just a CR2032 coin cell, the exciting bit is removing the base from the Redsetter. No, I've not done it, but I read that it is not that difficult.

    Canon Ink Resetter

Been looking at that site. Are you sure these guys are for real? They sell carts for the Canon at under 50p, then better carts about a pount, then carts with chip and the optics bit for 3. However, this would require the expectant mother to...

    Canon Chip Resetter Reports

Hi, I'm new on here, though not new to inkjets / refilling (if you think ink carts can be messy, try re-inking Epson dot matrix printer rbbons) but I'm no expert or anything. Oh, and I live in the UK. I bought the Redsetter from here...
