3-4K prints a day is a lot of printing and beyond hobby use. If you are running this as a business then you need to factor in the cost of good quality ink and price your printing accordingly. Don't use cheap inks unless you want to risk losing a good printer.

Decent software can detect and shut down over temperature problems when they occur. I have a thermal fuse on my Voron heated bed but that is simply providing double protection along with the Klipper software.

Research, research, research.... If not then do some more research and buy the best ready built that you can afford. Have you ever seen the quality of parts turned out by those flimsy voron frames :) They look pretty good to me. Don't buy or build CoreXY then - simple... choose something else.

There is no way I would buy a Voron kit from Ali Express. Apart from not knowing what quality some of the AC mains items are the frames AFAIK are not cut accurately enough. If you want to buid a Voron buy a good quality kit from one of the other suppliers like LDO for example. That K1 is not...

If the problem occurred with two different files then it is not a corrupt file so I am out of ideas at the moment. Maybe some other members will come along and give you more suggestions.

Have you tried clearing the print queue, then printing another file with multiple pages just to prove it's not a corrupt file cauing the problem?

Welcome Giovanni. I dont have any experience of that printer but some of the other members will have some good suggestions for you. In the meantime you might have a look at all the paths through the machine where the paper travels just in case you have something stuck in there, for instance...
