What is the difference between the Canon office AIO and the Canon photo AIO? I haven't been able to find the difference in the reviews online.

Well, I am mostly looking for all in ones but can you explain the difference between the canon all in one office printers and photo printers? Do they have any differences in the output quality of text documents, photos, documents with text and graphics, etc.?

Not that I know of. I think these are more similar to the ink monitoring system of the EPSON printers.

The cartridges are indeed chipped, you cannot print after the printer says you run out of ink.:(
