duecekd If you have installed a new print head with the same problem occurring, then i would suspect the Logic Board as the culprit. Are there any flashing lights to go by?

Have you tried cleaning the contacts on the cartridge, some alcohol if it's not 100% pure will leave a film on the electrical contacts, which cause errors. If after cleaning the cartridge is still not accepted, then i would say, it is no good, some kind of damage has been caused by your handling...
