I surely would if I had a digital camera.

OK scratch one stratman off my list.
I suppose if you don’t have any old B&W from days gone by, then you don’t.

But that leaves a hell of a lot of you old/new members who are holding back and not posting any of their photos. Come guys give us a picture of your refill room or kitchen after a refill went wrong or the front fender hanging off your neighbours car after he’d hit a tree or even the back end of a horse, anything at all.

You don’t have to snap the latest UFO or even Santa on your roof, how about Granddad snoozing after over indulging himself on the booze on thanksgiving, just post something even a photo you posted in a thread ages ago, yes I know we run a problem printer forum here but how many of you guys are budding Photographers ?

Never mind Happy Printing, just post a photo…

Sorry... so busy with jobs that taking photos is just not on the cards at the moment but I am shooting video like it's going out of fashion.

Never too early to teach them about colour spaces and colour management.

Tis the season....


HI Folks,

Thought it was time to post an image of my workstation so popped the shutter on this image couple of minutes ago. I have been confined to a tiny alcove in the house, as by the time we got the kids evicted, changed the locks and barred the window, "She Who Must Be Obeyed", had already claimed all the prime space for things like Office and Sewing etc.

My refilling is more of a brown bag or lunch pail affair. All supplies in a small corrugated carton from RR papers and workflow consists of: Stop the printer, reset, refill, replace, continue printing.




Next pic is just ot show I am not completely useless and can sometimes "make nice pics"


And finally Tis the season of goodwill. A merry Christmas to all my friends here no matter what your spiritual beliefs, political affiliations, or MISGUIDED REFILLING TECHNIQUES YOU MAY USE.

Wow, great pics Roy!

Moving a small webcam around inside a Canon MP540 to get some shots of the timing strip attachment without having to remove the scanner part made me think of a video shot in a ship's engine room. So here is an engineer coming to service the printer:
