Hi.
I have numerous minute air bubbles inside the colour tubes at various points. Dont know how they entered. Black tube is fine.
Printhead check pattern is fine with 0 imperfections.

Will these bubbles cause any issue in printing or ink delivery?
Printer is a G3010 around 3months old bought brand new.

Thanks,
TOM

Hi,
I managed to bleed the air out of the tubes. But in turn discovered something.
In my Ink reservoirs there are two spouts (1&2). Both have a tube attached to them, one tube comes from bottom to top and one goes from top to the carts.
So why are there 2 spouts?

1. Is one for ink delivery and one for pressure regulation/air intake?
2. The tube originating from bottom (Tube 2) has no ink so I am assuming that is for air intake. But then how does top tube (1) defy gravity and supply ink? Does it have a siphoning effect or does it go all the way to the bottom?

I have attached a picture I tried to take. If any kind person can explain it to me in easy terms then it would be great as I have a tendency to tinker with things to learn something new everyday. Also please don't mind my overly technical ms paint labelling lol
