First Sight of my CR 10. Any Suggestions ?...

Firstly, I had to squeeze my printer into a tight spot but it fits and that’s what counts.


I now must start finding how and where to tidy up all the loose cables, once I do that it should be a bit neater and safer to work with.


The platform on mine was a bit loose, it rocked sideways left / right, so I had to adjust the runners underneath with the tools supplied, that was the only thing I had to do extra, except try to hide all the Friggin wires.

I am only going to use the glass as my platform and the hair spray as the Adhesive with nothing else, it worked on the MS mini so why change something that’s not broke, I also switched to the smaller bulldog clips to hold the glass firmly in place, I reckon I’m finally ready to go...

I found the first project for the printer, I’m going to make up legs to enable the power supply and screen to be placed underneath the platform and frame.

Any concerns having it so close to the drillpress? I'd be worried that bits from drilling would get all over the printer.

I'm surprised Mrs. The Hat didn't have you set it up next to the kitchen sink so you could wash dishes while watching it print. I should give her a call...
