    Which Epson printer type I can select for the S20 to use SSC utility

    I want to use for my Epson S20 printer the SSC utility, some function work with e.g. C20. But which existing type in the SSC utility is relative close to the S20? Thanks for an answer! Thomas aus F.

    Epson C64 inkcartridges have at least 50% ink but the display shows 0%

    I have EMTEC cartridges from BASF, but the Display of the SSC Utility shows for colors only 0% for black still 55%. Of course the printer ink LED is on, the printer does not print! Can I reset the cartridges or can I print at least with black only? Who can help me? Thanks in advance! Thomas
