    Problem with a CanonS750

Ok, that was it. I shrunk away all the quality and the forum accepted it. So here it is. I did everything you said. It seems to have helped except now it looks like I've lost half the Cyan nozzles?

    Problem with a CanonS750

I'm tryng to upload the latest Nozzle check. I did a high quality scan and saved as a bitmap, then I converted to a .png with paint. Now the forum say "ERROR: Wrong filetype (has to be a .JPEG, .PNG or .GIF). Yours is: " It is a .png. Maybe its too big? The upload is suposed to resize it.

    Problem with a CanonS750

I change them to .png. One is uploading. The other won't. The Forum say "ERROR: Wrong filetype (has to be a .JPEG, .PNG or .GIF). Yours is: " It is a .png. I did it twice. Anyway, here is the one that would upload.

    Problem with a CanonS750

I looked at the Nozzle Check for my Printer on several web sites. It seems very similar to mine. How can you tell its only printing 128 nozzles? I'm wondering if the purge pads are causing the nozzles to soak up the colors?

    Problem with a CanonS750

I replaced the Y recently and I have 2 new Cs. The B is low. This printer was not used last winter whcih made me think it might be clogged. The specs on the Canon page say "Number of Nozzles Black - 320, Color - 256 each ". Thanks for your help.

    Problem with a CanonS750

Thanks for the reply. I do not have a pc on the blue, it is a BCI-3ec Cyan. The grids are missing a few lines. I guess that indicates a few plugged nozzles. The yellow prints very light and is difficult to see. Should I clean the pronthead again and clean the purge plastics?

    Problem with a CanonS750

My Canon printer is not printing green, and pictures have a redish tint. I cleaned the printhead with Windex and Alcohol, but no help. My next step is to clean the purge pads, but I wanted some of your excellent advice. I uploaded my Service test page and my nozzle check, but I am not sure how...
