    I think you should give Amazon a look because they sell cheap after-market inks...Ebay also has it but i am not sure about the price

    i use Printer: Canon E500...it costs the same and it has printing resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi...You can checkout its reviews on web! Hope it helps
