Hi I had a similar problem with an older printer once. It turned out to be a little piece of broken glass blocking the paper feed on the left side of the A3 sheet. A4s were unaffected. Might be worth a try looking for something in your feed area!

Hi All I'm new here. Just found this forum when I needed help with my printer and it's been a fantastic help already. Saved 105 on a return to Canon service. Now I need a good manual for my Canon i9950 printer. Can anyone point me in the right direction please.
