Cone Inks from US considered to be the best on the market of 3rd Party Inks and their refillable cartridges according to instructions not that difficult to refill. Chips from original cartridges coming with printer can be used, so I do not see it as a problem.

Two nozzles are blocked. Light Magenta and Yellow. Technician performed cleaning similar to what you did - no results. You are lucky. I can use this printer for B&W work but it getting clumsy in my office. Epson stopped manufacturing this head a few years ago. What a pity! Nicholas

Guys, Do you know where on the earth can I get new printhead for my Epson Pro 4000? I used for 7 years refillable cartridges and inks from MacroEnter (US) with very good results but now it is necessary to replace printhead. Can you help? Nicholas Sherman
