    yes, I have one gallon left of universal ink, and can't use cause my HP photo smart need to be reset or something, can I reset the cartridge? By any chance, there has to be a way before getting new ones

    On the printer (at least one of the cartridge has a problem, and on the computer solution center says (print cartridge error) ( there is a printer cartridge error)
