inkprocess has the worst customer service ever. I purchased a machine two months ago and still have not received it, despite many promises of "it will be shipped in the next few days". Now, no one will answer my calls. I am very frustrated.

Has anyone here called or talked to Inkprocess or Mick Carlotta recently? I ordered a Microprocess machine and he kept promising it would ship next week, then more weeks went by and still nothing. Now, he won't even answer his calls or emails. Its been two months already. This is their website...
