I can scan and copy, set to black and white. When printing emails, the setting for color prints works. I get blank pages when set on black and white. How can I fix this first? Windows 7 Hp 4650

Everything use to work. Now, no computer found error when scanning. Paper jam error when trying to print. Coping works. USB connected HP4650 Wind. 11
