I agree with misterinkjet81, I think the Epson PictureMate Deluxe would be an excellant choice. It can do all sorts of cropping, wallet size, mini wallets, Disney frames, black and white, sepia tone, etc. But since you're not happy with the result, you can try Canon iP90...
Here's another review I found also when I was searching in google to help you decide which of them you like best...

Canon Pixma iP4200 is easy to use, instructions are straight forward, and the results are really good. Even on fast print, written documents are of very acceptable quality. Photos so far seem to be very good.
I think iP4200 is a better choice than the iP5200 as it prints quite a few more pages...
Here's the following link that would help you decide which of the two you like best.

Try HP Business Inkjet 1000. I think it can even print banners at 8.3-inches x 243-inches.

Photoshop CS is no doubt the most significant Photoshop move towards digital photographers. This is definitely worth the time and effort to learn the program. But if you're looking for a really easy photo editing program this is not for you.

I'm also using Photoshop for editing. It's one of the best professional editing software. It encompases such a wide range of fields that it has become the defacto standard for many different types of design fields. Not just photowork.
