I am having the EXACT same issue with the same printer! Trying to print borderless on pre-scored A5 flat cards. Also tried putting them in the printer landscape and setting it to A5 with the artwork just on the top half of an A4 pdf / jpeg and they are still coming out with a small white 2-4mm...
