Thanks The Hat. Did you see the edited message or original. I had bad info originally. My new printer uses PGI-250XL & CLI-251XL

So I have PGI-225/CLI-226 Cartridges and my new printer uses PGI-250XL & CLI-251XL . Can I swap chips and use PGI-225/CLI-226 . I understand that the factory cartridges can't used. What is a resetter and how can I acquire one.
