try Mills Computer products in Nottingham, they seem to specialise in importing the cartridges with chips, i would think they will be able to at least answer your question??

they seem to be on a drive to discontinue a few things at the moment, we had an email saying that FX1 cartridges are being made redundant this week.

Have you tried contacting your local paper merchant? they should be able to offer samples of similar products to the HP.
