Hi, ive had trouble with my epson wf7710 recognising the sublimation carts after "conversion", ive ordered new carts, before installing them is there anything i should do and best way to install them etc.? any ideas ? thx

hi, i took the casing off my magenta cartridge and noticed a hole where the arrow is pointing ,i must of done it filling cartridge with syringe ,could this be the problem ? thx
