This is the horizontal alignment report. Which one would you say I had to select?

I've cleaned the strip and got plenty of ink off. Its still printing just slightly off though. Maybe I'll give epson a call tomorrow and see what they say.

Im not too sure which bit you mean that I need to clean. 'a small plastic stripe with about 5mm height running across the print bed and passing the printhead carriage on the back side through an optical sensor'. That dosen't mean any thing to me. Sorry if I sound a bit dim

No I've not tried that yet I'm not to confident really and don't want to damage the printer
