Staples in Canada (or a least Nova Scotia) has stopped carrying the 4500 - too bad. I got one and love it especially for printing on media. Build in two sided printing, as well! Get your needles at the pharmacy. They should have 18g x 1 1/2 if not larger. My local pharmacy had no problem with...
