Guys, thank you very much for all your inputs. I talked to Canon helpdesk and they confirmed that problem exist due to the connectivity, hence need to use cable and not wifi.

Thanks The Hat for your contribution, however, I think this is not the reason as only 30 % of postcards are malprinted. And I also checked in the book and printer prints borderless.

Thanks a lot for your reply and clear instructions Stratman. However, I'm doing exactly the same steps as you just described, using Rear Tray, portrait orientation ec.... Any other idea how to prevent malprinting? You think it has to do anything with the drivers or any other software?

Dear all, I bought printer CANON PRO-10 for printing postcards. For printing I'm using templated paper (4 x 6 inches) which I put in the printer from the back side. However, 30 % of the postcards come out only half or less printed (see pics attached). Would anyone know what is the reason for...
