Hi thanks for the reply, I meant to add not only does the paper come out with a fold in the corner, there is a "smudging of ink", when I change to the heavier paper it is perfect.

Hi and thanks for your reply. I thought I had resolved the problem, I saved from a Publisher document to a PDF and successfully printed 50 double sided menu cards and the printer then decided not to print the reverse side. I had to manually feed the remaining 10.
