Is there anybody knowing it?

Today, I get some information from ebay forum.

In some ink cartridges, for example, HP 96 & 97, Lexmark, ink in the wrapper is less than that in the retail box. Is it true? If yes, can anybody tell me why?

What do you mean by ink in the wrapper? Are you talking about OEM cartridges, or remanufactured?
