Help finding chip resetter

Hello. I've been reading this forum a few weeks now... I bought a Canon iP4700 a few days ago, and started looking for ink supplies to refill... I think i'll go with hobbicolors uw-8.

Anyway, my problem is that i can't find a cheap canon resetter for cli-521 that ships to Moldova. What I found costs like 50$ with shipping, but I think that's a little bit too much. I was wondering if you were able to help me finding a cheaper verion. Thanks!

Sadly they do not ship to Moldova, but i found that the site in your sig (octoinkjet) does ship to Moldova... so I'll try buying there, thanks!
