And I thought mine (pics attached) at least by the label were the exact same as yours

Magenta cartridge says 6763R over that it says V6.2 then underneath the 6763R it says 2A

Thanks,

Our chips are different, newer version set...6764R 3D /backside 011640

No worries, if yours works go with it...

Looking at your photo, I would clean the contacts

What is best to clean them with? Is it worth it to replace chips? any advantage new version offers?

Thanks!

I have been using a pencil eraser for years, followed by an alcohol wipe down.

No advantage to change chips, that I can think of...

Do you mean cleaning the outside part of the chip or the inside part once removed ?

Thank you for the valuable precise knowledge.

Clean the contacts, that make connection with the printer..

We do not suggest mixing vendors

Printer Model
Epson Workforce 4530
Ok guys, new forum member here with a problem. Just received a refurb Workforce 4530 last week from the Epson store. Inserted the cartridges as directed. Now all the color cartridges show low. The black shows full. Printer works and functions, black and color print ok so far, just gives the low ink warning.
Ideas?
Don't want to hijack a thread but it seems related to the OP's problem....
