Canon Pro-2000, IPF-6450,
I have 2 perfectly working IPF-6450 printers in my basement, which are fully loaded with ink and print beautifully. Not quite the same as the Pro-2000 which replaced them, but really close. There seems to be no used market for these, and all I can think of is to sell the print heads, and Ink, and scrap the printers, which seems a real shame. Any ideas who may have an interest? Photo clubs, schools etc? They are a bit big and heavy, so shipping is probably $200+

You might like to check with print shops in your area. Not all may have anything that prints full color 24". Other possibilities could be small businesses, churches and non-profits. I use a Pro-100 to print small posters for the gymnastics academy my daughters own, but something larger like an IPF-6450 would be a huge step up. Sure, this is a discontinued printer, but it would be great for a small business that could use such a printer and can't afford to spend the big bucks on a current model.
