My black cartridge was not printing so I cleaned the print head and replaced cartridges as per posts on this forum with 70 % rubbing alcohol. Now I get the above error.
When I try to do an auto head align the printer does not recognize paper in the ASF.
Can some one help?
Have I trashed the printer?
