Again, are you getting it even when you are logged in? Or do you get it before logging in?

Also, are you blocking cookies, etc. with your browser?

Usually before logging in, on most occasions if I am only having a quick look I don't want the bother of logging in. I am not blocking cookies as far as I am aware, but am using Firefox, which may be blocking tracking automatically.

Ok, thanks!

I've been bringing up the site multiple times today as a logged-off member. I got the notice once and then clicked "No Thanks" and haven't gotten it since then.

Any other visitors seeing this over and over even after dismissing it?

If so, how often do you see it, which browser are you on, do you have cookies disabled / blocked?

Well, you can add me to the list. I'm not getting e-mail notifications either..

I checked my e-mail address & what I have checked and not checked.
I also checked if the thread(s) that I posted in are on the list and they are. The only 'blocks' I run are thru Firefox (Ghostery & AdBlock), not my separate e-mail client, nor on my ISP's website. :(

From the time I posted this thread, I posted elsewhere a lengthy 1st post in a new thread, but I didn't receive any notifications to any.

We haven't found any consistency around when users do and don't get email notifications. All I can think is that some might be getting blocked by the ISP or email clients.

I'd suggest double-checking spam folders and also whitelisting our support email address (and adding it to you contact list) to hopefully help them get through.

If that doesn't work, then we can see what else might be an issue.

I re-checked the alerts and my 'spam box' thru my ISP's webmail site (I normally use a e-mail client), and nothing is getting thru and I don't block anything.

Now I have had problem with my ISP (now Spectrum/Charter) ij the past with them blocking a domain. I'll call and see. Should I use the "printerknowledge.com" as the domain for the e-mails?
