Working still with a HP Z3100 I'm curious if anybody uses refill ink and has some experience about the quality. I've found the refill ink from Arici Group in Germany. Prices are ok, but the qualitiy?

I used to refill an HP 5550 (56, 57 &58 cartridges), I used BS-Print's inks and InkTec's. InkTec were dearer but not as good as OEM or BS I thought, but were OK.

So I should test an inkset and do also a fading test with a couple of prints.

Edit: That's funny: http://h30484.www3.hp.com/InkAmnesty/Education.aspx
...and the last time I tried to asked a technical question at local HP support they wanted me to pay 80 (anticipated) just to respond to my question at the telephone. So I repaired the Z3100 by my own.

I think if you are printing a simple word document, it will work just fine but if you are a professional photographer or a designer and need to print high quality images then you can use the originals.

I use a Z2100 but not with inks from Arici group. I thried ink from farbenwerk.com (which has been produces from image specialist) with good results. Also I used some ink from two eBay sellers: 24tinte24 like http://www.ebay.de/itm/400062830849 and printout24-de like http://www.ebay.de/itm/200548532335 but both inks I can not recommend. I had good results with ink from http://www.easysys.de where yot have to search for Z6100 inks. But this inks are only available in 1 Liter size, and this is to much to use.

I have extremly good results with the original HP ink so I decided to refill with original HP inks. Either I buy HP 70 cartridges or HP 91 cartridges (775 ml), get their ink and use this ink in refillable cartridges.
